U.S. Navy Training Campus: Campus-Wide Access, Video & IDS (Midwest)
Software House C-CURE 9000 access for thousands of transient trainees, i-PRO AI video, a Bosch IDS for a sensitive planning space, and Milestone VMS.
Client: U.S. Navy training command (location withheld for security). Representative engagement — details anonymized for operational security.
The challenge
A large Navy training campus needed badge access across barracks and classrooms for thousands of constantly rotating trainees, video coverage at high-traffic training facilities, and an intrusion detection system for a sensitive planning space — all managed centrally and able to scale with each incoming class.
Our approach
We deployed Software House C-CURE 9000 with iSTAR door controllers as the campus PACS, using roles and schedules that make provisioning and de-provisioning entire transient classes fast and auditable.
i-PRO (Panasonic) AI cameras covered entrances and training areas, with edge analytics to flag tailgating and crowding.
A Bosch intrusion detection system protected the sensitive planning space as a SCIF-adjacent IDS, and Milestone XProtect tied the whole campus into one open-platform VMS.
Systems deployed
Results
- Badge access that scales to thousands of rotating trainees, provisioned by class
- Centralized video across entrances and training facilities
- Compliant intrusion detection for the sensitive planning space
- One open VMS unifying the campus, vendor-neutral for future growth
