Returns and RMAs for hardware purchased from Uniqcli LLC, part of the Uniqcli group of companies, 233 S Wacker Drive, Floor 44, Chicago, IL 60606. This document is provided as a reseller-standard template and should be reviewed by your own counsel before reliance.

Window

Eligible new, unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization (RMA).

Condition & restocking

Items must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging and accessories. A restocking fee may apply; special-order, licensed and configured items may be non-returnable.

Manufacturer restrictions

Some manufacturers restrict returns on opened, registered or activated products; those terms govern. Software licenses and subscriptions are generally non-returnable once issued.
