These terms govern use of security.getuniqcli.com and purchases from Uniqcli LLC, part of the Uniqcli group of companies, 233 S Wacker Drive, Floor 44, Chicago, IL 60606. This document is provided as a reseller-standard template and should be reviewed by your own counsel before reliance.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to confirmation of stock, current pricing and final scope. No payment is required up front; orders are confirmed before fulfillment.
Order cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order for pricing or availability errors, suspected fraud, export-control or eligibility reasons, or where compliance cannot be confirmed.
Manufacturer terms & trademarks
Hardware and software carry their manufacturers' license, warranty and end-user terms. All vendor trademarks (Axis, Hanwha, i-PRO, Bosch, DMP and others) are the property of their respective owners; Uniqcli Security is an independent integrator and authorized reseller.
Export control
Sales are subject to US export-control laws (EAR/OFAC), including denied-party screening. Buyer represents it is eligible to receive the products and services.
Government procurement
Where applicable, orders may be subject to TAA, FAR (incl. 52.204-25), GSA, NASPO and cooperative-vehicle requirements. Flow-down terms apply only per a signed order or task order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services giving rise to the claim.
